How is it that girls never tip bartenders for how good they look and guys throw money at you when you look sexy at work?
I had this official birthday party thrown for one of my regular customer – he insisted everybody on the party looked classy, so we as a bar service (and also attenders of the party in a way) thought it would be a nice gesture for him if we also wear evening outfits.
I bought myself a dress and wore it together with black tights and slightly heeled boots. And suddenly men started appreciating my bartending skills much more than before.
And of course they gave me way more tips than usual. It’s so annoying. Of course I do like to look pretty and all, but when I’m at work, I like to be judged by what I do and how I do it and not by the length of my dress. Men have it so much easier in this branch of business – they are only assessed professionally.
I like to be a woman, but in this particular case, I wish I was a man :/.
