ah hard question cath..I dont think they are,i think they remain in the thoughts and values they had while they were alive,,i will tell ya next time i see Emily Bronte tapping away on my P.C :)
dont u think its wierd tho , someone started this question in my mind on another thread, they said is there such a thing as ghosts or the paranormal that do help people like clairvoyants etc but also that if thats true it makes nonsense of reincarnation doesnt it……..interesting really , but i have always had in the back of mind that ghosts certainly could be ‘time travellers’ be interested to see what others think ………oh an rubes how is maisie lol

21 July, 2006 at 12:36 pm #231857Well unfortunately its something you’ll never be able to know. I’ve had tonnes of experiences with ghosts, spirits whatever you want to call them. I think some were ghosts as in died a long time ago, but my grandad visited me the night before he died telling me not to worry as he would move on the next day. Told my parent’s the next day but they didn’t believe me but that afternoon he passed away, I think they were slightly freaked out but my parents have always said im weird :? So who knows, its just something we won’t find out until we die unfortunately

its strange galaxy but some people ‘recieve’ for want of a better word more than others, i think that a lot of people ‘close’ their minds to it for what ever reason fear, ridicule any number of reasons………however i am sure that most poeple have had an experience or encounter of some kind they have not been able to explain and just put it to the back of their minds……. i believe i have only ever seen one ‘ghost’ to much to go into but he definately had an old style double breasted suit on ‘something like the old army demob type suits’ and the most piercing blue eyes i have everseen……. so who knows …..
21 July, 2006 at 1:19 pm #231859Well Cath ( people may think I’m weird for saying this but hey who cares ) several of my aunts are what I guess you would call wiccans and used to practice white witchcraft. As a result from a very early ages I was shown how to use runes, tarrot cards, given books on witchcraft and spells etc so have never been afraid of anything supernatural. My aunt always said I have a gift, I often used to talk to my grans dad when I was very young, I have no recollection of it now but I have been told about it. I was able to describe him, tell my gran the pet names he used to have for her, retell stories of her childhood and he died in the second world war. So I definitely think people who are afraid either dismiss it as their imagination and if you aren’t open minded then you shut things out.

Japan – Ghosts
When the room is quiet
The daylight almost gone
It seems there’s something I should know
Well I ought to leave but
The rain it never stops
And I have no particular place to goJust when I think I’m winning
When I’ve broken every door
The ghosts of my life
Blow wilder then before
Just when I thought I could not be stopped
When my chance came to be king
The ghosts of my life
Blew wilder than the windWell I’m feeling nervous
And I find myself alone
The simple life’s no longer there
Once I was so sure
Now the doubt inside my mind
Comes and goes but leads nowhereJust when I think I’m winning
When I’ve broken every door
The ghosts of my life
Blow wilder then before
Just when I thought I could not be stopped
When my chance came to be king
The ghosts of my life
Blew wilder than the windnice one xxx
