Germany played well enough, Sweden seemed to be playing the England part. :-s
Sweden didnt impress me at all , even with 11 men. It’s hard to judge how Germany will fare when they meet a really good side like the Argie’s in the next round. Argentina were a tad lucky to be in the quarters at all. I thought Mexico were fantastic.

I agree that Mexico played well – it was a great game – won by a fantastic goal
The difference between England and Argentina – is that they can afoord to havetheir young superstar on the bench – we have to play ours = If anything happens to Rooney we are fecked

I dunno what the English fan’s have got against Hargreaves? :? I thought he a great game against the Swedish. In a lot of his caps he’s only been given 25 mins at the end of games. It’s not enough time to show what he can do. Ball winners never get much credit anyway.
He wouldent have lasted as long at Bayern Munich if he didnt have something about him. Teams need diggers like him.@Bad Manners wrote:
