Alas, tinks, I have not started it yet.
It rained all last weekend, and this weekend I was crewing @ a Battle Prom. Gawd did it pish down! The Orchestra were all smartly dressed apart from their wellies!
Might start digging tomorrow if the weather is good.

I just bought my dad some shubunkins. He’s worried in case the carp eat them…
I can’t have a wildlife pond – not with 6 cats…

16 July, 2012 at 9:04 pm #500367Two houses ago I left a garden with a pond we had made ourselves it had 8 goldfish in it… I also made a bog garden in which a giant Gunnera plant thrived.. I loved that garden best one Ive had .. anyway few weeks ago I visited an old neighbour…I was so upset the people who bought our old house had filled in the pond and the Gunnera was no more :( .. so sad.
Panda… my cats were OK with the pond… but Penny (one of the cats) often came in with a wet paw after a fishing expedition… she never caught anything though :D

17 July, 2012 at 12:22 pm #500369I’ve always had at least one buddleia wherever I’ve lived. Just one in the garden now although it’s huge, a white one and it’s laden in flowers right now…not many butterflies though, think they’ve gone into hiding with all the rain we’ve had!
