not really a level playing field is it ?

Has it ever been a level playing field?
Let’s face it we all know which teams will finish in the top four spots in the Premiership next season.

I have a sneeky feeling Liverpool wont be in the top 4 next season, and that’s my team.
And with the players leaving A.rsenal the way they are so far, maybe even they will have to scrap it out, You’re Spurs and Man Citys will be making a push I believe.
