Friday night quiz

I was advised a short time ago, by a guidy to read JC rules. Thank you for your kind advice guidy :)

Anyway.. have now read them alas, I am more confused now than at any time I have spent in the lobby. Part trancript as follows;

We do not permit:

Sexual or offensive language or content.

Harassment of other users.

Inflammatory or defamatory comments, flaming or taunting.

Abuse or disruption of our services.

For security reasons, we log all conversations that take place at Just Chat (both public and private) along with your computer’s IP address. This information is enough for you to be identified and criminally convicted if necessary. Sexual chat or abuse is NEVER tolerated at Just Chat.

What is the problem in banning this scroller? apparently all the information required is at hand…. Isnt It???? :?

A solution for the quiz room would surely be quiz starts at a certain time with a guide present and the room is locked. Any scrollers in there would be booted and unable to get back in.
