Oh the delicious joy of stuffing the French – in Paris too. The opening English try was a wonderful moment – an all time record in the World Cup competition for beingthe fastest try ever scored at the beginning of a game.
Did you know that this victory over our traditional enemies was even sweeter because October 13th was the 700th anniversary of the mass murder of the Knights Templar (Friday 13th October 1307) by the vicious murderer King Philippe of France???
