From the BNP website:
“The retrial of the Free Speech Two, Nick Griffin and Mark Collett starts in Leeds tomorrow (November 1st). Both men are facing charges of using words likely to incite racial hatred for daring to criticise the failed experiment of multiculturalism and describe the alien religion of Islam as a “wicked faith”. A charge which seems utterly ludicrous in the context of all that has been perpetrated in the name of Allah at home and abroad in recent years, never mind the centuries of conflict and bloodshed in the Middle East, North Africa, Iberia and the Balkans.
For daring to stand up and tell the truth about the threat in our midst the two accused could face up to seven years in prison in a court in a supposed western democracy where “the truth is no defence”; a situation akin to the Inquisition or the witchcraft trials of the 17th century.
In the past few days the BNP email boxes have been receiving floods of messages of support from all over the world. Some touching messages from Australians and Canadians whose fathers and grandfathers came to Britain’s assistance in the last war as well as messages of astonishment and anger that the “mother country” should declare war on those who speak the truth. Nick and Mark would like to express their utmost and sincere appreciation to all those well wishers.
In February free speech defenders held protests outside a number of British consulates and embassies. We would like to see a repeat of those protests and many more of them. Every protest, every petition submitted is another weapon in our battle to ensure free speech in Britain. The Embassy staff are duty bound to pass on any petition or letter of support for the Free Speech Two to the Ambassador or Consul who in turn will pass the messages to the Foreign Office in London. Below we provide a partial list of British Embassies and Consulates in the English speaking world and western Europe.”
The very likelyhood is, that nothing will happen, that nick and mark go free with mass ease, BUT, if our dictatorship decide to sting proceedings, what will that mean to you?
Would you allow it? Your fellow countrymen who believe in free speech wont allow it?
Of course, even when nick and mark go free, our basic human right to freedom of speech will, and does get scrutinised, thats the way dictatorships like new labour prefer things. They cannot survive as a political entity without curtailing free specch, taxing you to the hilt and worse, pitting you against criminals, making you stand alone without state help (tony martin as example all too rare these days).
The cost of this trial by the old gang, the crown prosecution and the BBC, is costing YOU, millions. There could be a 3rd trial, anything to discredit the BNP, a legal political organisation.
I know some of you hate all this reading, so i will finish saying this, we have come to the stage in our modern day society, whereby, the current systematic government proceedings means, that it is NO longer governable to provide the masses/great unwashed with credible governmentship, for, they no longer have the ability, rather they prefer whatever it takes to stay “in power” regardless of the outcome (the recent attack on muslims for white votes is prime example), these people have no morales, no backbone, no credibiltiy, NO desire to fight for what they believe in.
My friends, it is at times like a these, when YOU should be making more of a aim to represent WHO and WHAT you are, WHAT YOU want in society, for the BENEFIT of your future.
I ask any of you to go along to Leeds crown court over the next 10 days, speak to everyday folk outside defending YOUR rights.

Edited to delete all the political rubbish (and loads of unnecessary adjectives), and just stay with the facts.

Imagine if you will, that nick is sent down. Then imagine the then law meaning that if someone secretly films you giving your opinion in private, to those who want to hear what you have to say, which doesnt incite hatred in any way, that someone then says its incitement to racial hatred, then what a pathetic society you would be living in.
You wouldn’t EVER wana be against the government then…
1 November, 2006 at 3:05 pm #247092Alternatively……. imagine if you will that a person could openly stir up hatred based on their opinions of ethnicity or religion (in private OR in public) especially in a group that shared their views, and that no action was taken against them for this.
What kind of message would THAT be sending to our fellow UK citizens???
It is a very short step indeed between this and the holding of public meetings to incite recial hatred and thereby contributing to our society being undermined.

Well they were taken to court, but tell me oh mighty one, do take part in this question, dont hide, what incitement did Nick or Mark create????
1 November, 2006 at 9:49 pm #247094Griffin already has one conviction for inciting hatred against Jews, but of course the BNP isn’t neo-nazi in any way. Heaven forbid!
Soon Nick and Mark will be playing naked leapfrog with muscular men in the shower block.
