how much do you pay per month?
just thought this was a bit steep the one i went to last night
but its £35 per month, and that you get everything too.. including swimming pool, and £150 worth of vouchers to not only stay in that hotel but other hotels of the same kind around the country
went on a trial yesterday, and really enjoyed it, already made a few friends there who showed me the ropes.. seemed friendly enough
so reckon i will join for good
not sure about them, but i’ll look it up.. i liked the one at this hotel, nice room, good music, friendly too, end of the day, if i go 3 times a week, it will pay for itself, as its somthing i enjoyed, more then it was a chore which i thought it might have been
my local gym charges £24 a month and thats for gym, saunas, aerobics classes and dvd hire :roll:
i do enough exercise without goin to a gym
i swim twice a week, have just started doin tae bo at home with dvd, i walk 2 miles everyday, tis enough for anyone, never mind someone who’s back is f/ucked cos of arthritis
Mines £44.50 and it includes sauna steam room spa pool etc so not bad really.
:D i dont use the jym just to plenty of walking lol
I use to have a membership at a gym…family price was $75 a month..but we didnt use it much so we cancelled it, now my son just has his membership $25 a month. He mainly goes to hang out with his friends,lift weights and play basketball. I go to a pilates and an aerobics class at a local recreation center (its free) whenever I have time.
But you probably werent asking me anyway…not like you’re going to use a gym close to me :DYou’re probably wasting your money Souls. :lol:
I used to pay 39 quid for a silver membership at LA Fitness bit i got a discount as i work for the Cambridge University.
