    Just wondered if Coathanger’s middle name is ‘Spartacus’ – that’s what this reminds me of.

    Also – one can never ‘infer’ something onto another, but I do understand the concept of conjecture.

    Just for the record – I have neither inferred nor implied coathanger’s identity! Don’t wish to start another rumour!!

    Indeed! the sender implies, the receiver infers – elementary!

    So glad someone else had the courage to correct this appalling grammatical error, I was too traumatised by it to comment.

    Seriously, any more of this and these boards will be as bad as the BBC these days.

    I gave up pointing out grammatical errors here a long time ago; I guess that as long as the author manages to convey their message then the boards have served their purpose.
