Why is “abusing a woman” on a message board worse than abusing a man out of morbid curiosity? Are they children that need to be protected? I don’t see what relevance someones gender is when arguing on a computer and why it keeps being used as a weapon for victim status unless the person who uses it regards women as so weak they should be treated like children patted on the head. The gender of a poster is completely irrelevant, we aren’t talking about a boxing match- it’s a chat forum online for Christ sake. Most women want equality yet a small number often start arguments and when they get back comments they don’t like revert to playing victim accusing men of hating women, misogyny and a tirade of abuse that gets unchallenged because they are female. Stop using your gender as a weapon or means to win an argument- it’s pathetic which quite a few do on this forum supported by the odd creepy male.
