I’m not saying it’s right but sadly that’s how today’s society is. Most people would sell their soul and do anything just to be seen with the right person at the right place. You only have to look at programmes like Big Brother who are encouraging strangers to get drunk in the hope they have sex in the hot tub in front of 6,000,000 people. We live in an immoral society where being a tart or junkie get rewarded and a lot of youngsters believe sleeping with a minor celebrity is a short cut to a happy life. You only have to open up the sunday papers to see women selling their storys for cash of so called lust with some tv nobody. Those tarts in the paper, the people who buy thoses papers and the people who print them are partly responsible.

…. and no doubt “The Truth” from “The Victim” will be an exclusive this Sunday in the news of the world

I say again what I said before. Watch out for this case being dismissed along with all the others that have dismissed.

If i was a women and i spent all night with a load of famous footballers at their private party spending their money and drinking their drink, then they asked me if i wana go up to their room. i would have to be really stupid to think i’m going up there for a game of scrabble. I’m not for one moment saying any women “ask’s for it” but for god’s sake footballers have hardly got a good reputation.

So what you’re saying is, if a man buys a woman a drink, he has the right to take something in return, whether she likes it or not. After all, she owe’s him something now, does’nt she???

Women should’nt expect anything less than a pathetic excuse like this from a Neanderthal like yourself eh

I don’t think he was saying that at all pebbles,,,,,on the contrary.

She did go up to his room though didn’t she, and as chicken said,,,,,it wasn’t to play scrabble. Don’t be so naive as to put yourself in that situation in the first place!

As chicken said too, footballers have hardly got a good rep to start with. All hair gel n over active testosterones

What some of you say about this female might be true. HOWEVER, the plain fact is that IF she did not FULLY give her consent for sexual intercourse to take place ….. then that is rape ….plain and simple.

Her reputation (or his for that matter) have no part to play in all this and her intentions in being there in the first place also have no part to play. UNLESS she gave her full consent then ANY act of sexual intercourse is rape.

What if (for example) he suggested a trip to his room for a private kiss and a cuddle? No harm in that is there? No implied consent to full sex is there? Surely you wouldn’t accuse her of being a whore or a slapper for THAT would you? After all it was a Christmas party and the footballers were mostlly rich and famous – why not have a kiss and a cuddle in private?

You can come up with all the usual excuses like “She was asking for it” or “She was a slapper / whore anyway so what is her problem?” or “She was only there for one thing” – but at the end of the day it is still forcible sexual intercourse without full consent = rape !!

Remember Mike Tyson??? Same scenario there wasnt’t it??? He was found guilty of rape and sent to prison. Maybe – IF this footballer really did rape her – he should be convicted and imprisoned if only to show that even footballers are not above the law and can’t go around ”roasting” or raping whom they please with impunity.

It seems in this case it might actually have been the B/F of the little slapper who phoned the Cops with the ficticous story, because he was jealous of his bint dancin with the Man U guy.

Either way, him and his slapper bird should be should be doing some bird.

I think that in this context ”roasting” is a slang term referring to footballer’s alleged practice of several of them having intercourse with a woman all at the same time (as in roasting her on a spit).

Others refer to it as a gang bang – or indeed multiple rape.

Well BM who really knows? Apparently, Jonny Evans, the 19year old Man U footballer is quoted in the Media as saying “I only danced with her” and “It’s ridiculous. I am absolutely innocent. I haven’t raped anybody”.

Nevertheless, he is said to have been in a private room with the alleged victim at the Great John Street hotel in Manchester BEFORE her boyfriend confronted him on the dance floor. The alleged 26 year old victim AND her boyfriend then visited the Police and reported the alleged rape at 4.15am in the morning – it wasn’t just the B/F telephoning the Police.

What is disturbing is the fact that, perhaps because it was allegedly a Manchester United footballer, the rape victim (if she was raped) is said to be a ”slapper” and was gagging for it and so on.

But what if the exact same incident had taken place, but instead of a Man U footballer, it was say a drunken tourist or a visiting businessman equally looking for a quick shag??? Would the rape victim still be accused of being a “slapper” and her story totally disbelieved?????

And what about the 19 year old girl who “allegedy” stumbled out of one of the hotel rooms (followed by “allegedly” 6 footballers… one of them “famous”) who when asked by a fellow hotel user “are you okay?” her reply was “they said I was great at sex”. The fellow hotel user said “she looked in a lot of pain”.
