was a good afternoon of football, chelsea proved too good for arsen al, I would’nt rule them out just yet though, at 11-1 on some betting sites, still worth a few quid?
Mascherano deserved to be sent off the way he was acting, we had a slim hope of snatching a draw with 11 against 11, but he blew it and then we didnt stand a chance. But i did not think we would beat Man Ure before the game so it was no real shock.
Arsenal was unlucky not to get something out the game, they deserved a point at least.

if he was a sensible man, he probably would, as Liverpool have failed to score against man united, it was a safe bet, that united would easily overcome an under achieving liverpool side
Aside of Liverpools topsy turvy season, The game was effectively ruined when the ref reacted to the Ashley Cole midweek incident and sent Mascherano off for Back chatting.. I don’t think Man Utd would have scored three had Liverpool had Eleven men on the field.
I beg to differ, we would have been 2-0 by the sending off, If rooney has’nt stayed on his feet, and went down to the clumsy challenge by carragher
