7 March, 2008 at 6:42 pm #315716Was watching a bit of jamie oliver last night and a sudden urge to make something came about me :shock: i dug out some receipe books and was reading through looking for something not too errm ambitious 8-[ that i could make this week….dunno though cos im kinda used to ready made and its far cheaper than buying all these individual ingredients (some of the things listed i cant even prenounce :P ) and its all done for you …hmmm one day if i get enough time i might attempt something :shock: whether it will be edible is a different matter

Well…it was not a receipe as such…more of a dip to start with :oops: you can tell im a culinary expert cant ya :lol: give it time i might even progress to a full blown soup sometime soon :shock: :P

At any time his receipes are availble on the C4 website, Ive used a few when Ive had time.

Nah it wasnt one of jamies books, i havent got any of his..
just dug out some of my own, dusted them off lol..
various dips in them tsatsiki and other bean related ones (im vegetarian) so i might try out a few things eeek :shock:

He does do a lot of veggie receipies. All look very appetising to me. Ive tried loads of his veg ideas, cooking them differently with lots of added spices and fresh herbs and it really does make a difference.
