I think you’ll have noticed if you read it properly, fastcars, that I pointed out that everybody called everybody ‘gayboy’ or something similar. Certainly at that age. I’d have been offended if I wasn’t! Things like that were like a rite of passage, like having a cellotape ball thrown at you or standing your ground in the bottle wars.
Bottle wars – on one side of the ground you have seniors (3rd, 4th and 5th year) On the other, juniours (1st, 2nd and some 3rd) with a huge space between them. The object is to take turns at kicking a plastic bottle, usually a 350ml bottle of cola, at the other group until it bursts to the point where you can’t kick it anymore. Then you have a winner. Our schooling experiences were obviously very different.
Exactly what I reckon sunny, at last somebody has realized the point I was making in the first place!
Just before graduation day, John Boy’s family herded him into the truck so they could buy his graduation present. He was being given a whole new “store bought” outfit for college. Unfortunately, Chance the cow died, and John Boy decided that he should return the clothes and make do with what he had. Instead, the handy Esther and Olivia, got together and remade one of Zeb’s suits, the one he wished to be buried in, and here is the surprise John Boy got when rising on Graduation Day.
6 May, 2007 at 12:24 pm #269180I’m sure it happened PATS, but only within certain groups and on a very private basis (how private, I don’t know nor do I want to!) It wouldn’t be good for others to find out, like that kid who got wood in the showers at PE once – he didn’t appreciate the announcement being made for everyone at break time. I’ve never been able to figure out why exactly….
Yes, we all laughed. And yes, we all had that horrible thought in the back of our minds ‘I hope that never happens to me’ As far as I know, it never did happen to anyone else.
Just out of interest, has anyone ever kicked up such a fuss with their first post. I mean, I haven’t even been a member for 24 hours yet!

6 May, 2007 at 1:11 pm #269185I am playing nice – I haven’t even dipped into my favoured range of vocabulary yet! I just like playing people at their own game, that’s all. Battles are fought but wars are won and to the victor, the bragging rights!
Funnily enough, fearless isn’t term that sprang to mind….

Now come on girlies … give the guy a break will you??? All he’s done is to tell us that he’s not a dribbling piss artist – unlike most of you lot – and he’s not competing for the gay boy of the decade award is he??? Tommy has that dubious honour.
Oh, and whilst I remember … welcome to the JustChat message boards John. Take no notice of the clowns, they have a problem typing when their hands are shaking.
