Not reading it, won’t buy it.. had a heated exchagne of views with a couple of girls at work about it condoning violence against women. ok, I know its literature and the Marquis de Sade certainly got a few people palpitating so this isn’t new, but the message it sends is that women like being hurt.

What a load of crap!!!
I’ve read all 3… not particularly well written and very repetitive… interesting story line… but is what it says on the tin…. Fiction … will not convert well to screen me thinks
theres a few at work that sit in the staffroom at lunchtime with their heads buried in their books having the odd wiggle in their seats…………I’m sure if the fire alarm went off they’d still be sat there with smoke billowing around their knees oblivious………some interesting reviews on this site and another that i’ve read……..but think i’ll pass for the time being.
Sales of the books are falling. I wonder if the publicity has actually done these books any good in the long term now that ppl know they are, apparently, a load of repetitive trash?
