ok a lil breakaway from the thread so it dont get lost (and I like attention)
Im inventing this as I go along so those that watched (minim) fill in your answers:
My fave moment was: The Zutons with Mark Ronson doing Valerie
My biggest surprise: Has to be JZ doing wonderwall….. didnt see it coming
My favorite “id never heard of you but I like you” moment: A reggea accoustic song called July sang by someone I need to find out more about, his name was Netty or Natty (Pete search required)
My biggest dissapointment: Lack of Shakin Stevens coverage  and no White Stripes.
Predictable good times: Neil Diamond in the “oldies slot on a Sunday” doing Sweet Caroline and that Monkees number Im a Believer, proper good.
Other good points: being warm and safe indoors on my armchair doing armchair dancing to most of it and knowing where my keys and purse are, and food on tap, as well as alcohol if by chance I may fancy the odd tipple.
Who I still dont get: Not dislike, but I dont get Golfrapp, they are so changeable and I dont get any of it. But will perservere.
Is Glasto 2008 gonna change your life?: Prob just my hair colour, maybe.

30 June, 2008 at 12:18 am #351276If its anything like Tea in park,,the tickets for next year go on sale tomorrow ! ya should make a date with yourself to DO something about it,get the tickets ,then arrange for your zoo to be looked after. even the laddies would love it,as there are loads for them too at such events. Or better still, leave the laddies with DAve and we will all go :) hehe x

I know I know I know. But we cant holiday till 2010, for personal reasons, not just our damned zoo. School must come first and if they are to have trips it will be school ones and we cannot afford all of it, so I would rather them have those first (memories and fun and all that jazzz).
2010 off to Cornwall with friends and their boy (our sons bezzy) for the world cup whether we qualify or not, but the prawns are big and rick stein charges 32 quid a head for a lobster starter so gotta start saving! (and arming ourselves against the cornish army!)
30 June, 2008 at 12:46 am #351278yeah ya have a lifetime for family hols hon.. and the boys are not being left out if their getting their school trips. cherish all this as soon as ya blink they grow up in ya :) x
