I drive past a Mcdonalds every day and the smell coming from the place makes me feel ill. Yet come Friday and Saturday nights and the queues for the drive through will be around 20 cars constantly and backing onto the main road, and the sit down area will be packed.

When she was younger my niece practically lived on Mcdonalds, KFC and Pot Noodles. While they were staying with us we planned a barbeque and as usual I made my own burgers. She refused to eat it because, as she said, “it doesn’t taste like a real burger, I can taste the meat”. When I asked what a “real burger” tasted of if it didn’t taste of meat, she just shrugged and said “well it tastes like mcdonalds of course”. Enough said. :?
