Soulie are you serious? Can you really see beyond Chelsea? I can think of only three players in the Premier League that would compliment Chelsea. Ashley Cole, Henry and Stevie G… you can’t seriously see beyond Chelsea… surely??

Ronaldo for a start is better than your wingers…Scholes in my opinion is better than Lampard, and in alot of other peoples opinions, as I think he is overrated…Rooney can make a great impact upfront, so can Saha, and the rest of our team…It isn’t as straight forward as you think. Your 3 squad team is a joke, and eventually, world class players will be too worried to play for a team who rotate all the time, if a player has a bad 30 minutes! I personally think that for the long run, Morinho(however you spell it) will be the death of Chelsea…But that’s just my opinion, of course

Put it this way, your rotating system destroys confidence..Look at Robben for your team, then look at how he played in the world cup.

I agree with that Robbo – Chelsea were a poor second to Liverpool on Sunday

We knew the excuses they would come up with – so why did they put what is possibly their strongest team out ???

Lampard has been overrated for years now – he was shown up in the World Cup (mind you , most of our players were , we just weren’t good enough )
Robben has been sussed by most defenders now – so he is less effective
The full backs are actually Chelsea’s weak links – look at Ferriera on Sunday – not a clue – then Bridge came on and he faired no better
When they were getting beaten the they showed their true colours – Lampard taking a wild swing at Zenden – should have been off – Essien proved last year not only to be a toatl waste of 20 odd million – but also that he is one of the dirtiest players in the Premiership – 2 leg breaking – well you cant even call them tackles – lunges

I’d say it was Liverpool and Arsenal fo r1st and second Chelsea third Tottenham , Blackburn , and possibly everton – could be newcastle – though I hope not – all pushing Man U further down the league

That is your opinion, but I think by the time the season is up..It will be between United and Chelsea, and possibly Liverpool…I can’t for some strange reason think Arsenal will be there or thereabouts, points wise…A threat? Yes, of course they are a threat..They are Arsenal! But with Cole likly to leave, Reyes likely to leave, Sol Campbell already gone, and no new defensive signings, with defensive injuries for the start of the season too! But none of us know what will happen..We can just hope and guess, and have faith with our teams of course! But I have a feeling that this one will be an awsome season, with a few teams fighting for that title! Well I sure as hell hope it will be like that!

gonna be a tense one this time round and dave (hubby = chelsea boy) werent smiling at their performance sunday and i was rubbing my hands together lol!!

it aint a one horse race this time around, and you lot dissing the arsenal…. watch this space…

ferguson may be a clever guy and i respect him, but wenger is a philosopher… you just watch and see. henry only signed his contract with the inclusion of certain conditions…. im sure his wishes will be answered, and that dont take big newspaper headline signings.

wenger has a good knack of picking up great players for a small fee, i thought henry might have left last season, i expected him to leave and then another young superstar to come along to just step into his boots

EVERYBODY including me was gobsmacked he stayed. he wants to see the team build from the foundations…. and also not to see so many big names go every season. he is some player to stay, i take my hat off to him. he does seem to have a voice though, as well as talent, so lets hope the arsenal have listened. im looking forward to seeing more of our new signing with the name i cant remember… you know who i mean, he played the other day…

They talk about Carrick being pricey, but Walcott wasn’t? That werent exactly, “another great buy who is youth”…Everyone knew who he was, and they paid 12 million, wasn’t it? On a damn player who has no experience at all, and only a handful of games for Southampton…

it was only 5 million, though a potential another 7 million depending on apperances and england caps ect ect ect

i think it will be 12 million, as he WILL be a good player, wenger does’nt make many errors

Fergusan is the best manager the premier league have ever had, by what he has acheived, etc, tells its own story..But I do respect Wenger hugely, and these 2 men will always be remembered in English football history! I find it funny how Mourinho once stated last season that by the time he has finished with Chelsea…He will be the greatest manager to ever manage in England! Did he start from scratch with Chelsea, without the help of a billionaire? No, he didnt! I don’t respect Mourinho at all, but I do think Chelsea fans deserve a bit of success they are receiving right now, but while Mourinho is in charge..I’ll hate Chelsea until he leaves! You could give a Sunday League Manager that much money, and he’d still do a good job! lol

Theo Walcott officially confirmed he had completed his £12m pound move to Arsenal on the 20th January 2006. £5m pounds will be paid initially (likely on Theo’s 17th birthday when he can legally sign a professional contract) and the rest will depend on appearances and performance.
