Ive read them all, and treat them as they are… FICTION. no more no less, but I love the conversations they provoke. Da vinci was no where near as good as Angels and Demons, and I would urge any of you to read that, the scenery and images that it provokes are brilliant. Im not a great critiquer of books other than saying they are shit or good. But that was a good read if you take it for what it is.
Ive even read Sam Bourne who people compare him to, he did a fantastic one about the Jewish community living in America, absolutely brilliant read.
If I find a book a waste of time I dont carry on with it, but I give most a chance if people think they are worth it, but Im not a deep reader anymore.
Internet killed the reader in me.
I read The Da Vinci code too and, in my opinion, I thought it was flawed from the start.
Angels and Demons centres around the same central character but I gave it up halfway.
