I teaspoon of cayenne or chilli peppermuffin tray x12 cup or 2 x6 cup

put muffin pans into oven to get hot while oven is getting to temperature
put all ingredients into a bowl and mix no beating, just stir it until its all evenly mixed.
put even “dollops” of the mixture into each muffin cup
bake for approximately 20 mins or until golden brown and well risen
for a different flavour you can add chopped cooked bacon, onions, curry powder

100g dark chocolate (ideally about 70% cocoa solids)
75g unsalted butter
50g icing sugar
25g flour
2 eggsPreheat the oven to around 200C. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain marie.
Mix together the icing sugar and flour in a separate bowl. Then add the eggs and mix well.
Butter two ramekin dishes. When the chocolate/butter is truly melted, pour the mixture into the flour/icing sugar/egg bowl and mix completely. it will go really gloopy
Pour mixture into the ramekins about 3/4s full. Cook for approx 10mins, or until they have risen about an inch.Turn out onto a plate, serve with a coulis and quinelles of whipped double cream or ice cream
Deeeeeeeeeeeeelish
