We have all read in the news recently of the problems of alchohol abuse and binge drinking. Ordinary sane and ”normal” people take to drink and behold … they become unsound of mind, inebriated and drink sodden.

So is alchohol REALLY the cause of all the problems that is it said to be? Can it turn a reasonable person into a raging infuriated uncontrollable vicious drunk?

We’ve no doubt all had experience of getting drunk from time to time – for some it was merely a youthful excess – for some it is a way of life. The Friday night drunk raging against the world, foaming at the mouth and spouting their venom at perceived injustice. Is this what an excess of alchohol does??

So what do you think …. is drink really the refreshment of the Devil???
