    perhaps just eat fresh fruit and be done with all this dried business!!

    i spose the sugar is concentrated into the fruit in the drying process…….

    I used them in bread & butter pudding. Butter the bread & spread with apricot jam. Cut up apricots into small chunks & sprinkle. Make the egg custard & pour over. Bake as usual. For extra yummy use some cream with the milk & when cold, spread some warmed apricot jam over the top (thinly). Made it up when we were broke & didn’t have anything in. It was yummy!!

    banana chips; per 100 grammes;

    energy=526 cal
    protein=1.0 gramme
    carbs=59.9 grammes
    (of which is sugar)=22.1 grammes
    fat=31.4 grammes
    (of which is saturates)=24.9 grammes
    fibre=1.7 grammes
    sodium= trace…. seeing as anything over 4 grammes per 100 grammes is unhealthy, then i dont want these on me bloody diet sheet thank you very much .!!!!! :lol:
