22 July, 2006 at 11:20 am #231872Oh I’m loving being 21 :) still rather drunk from being out last night and my feet are killing me ( thats what you get I suppose for wearing knee high new rocks with a stupid big heel ) and magoo I mustn’t be that bad, there were plenty of nice long haired rockers in the night club who were interested lol
22 July, 2006 at 11:57 am #231873When I was 21, I had just finish my trainning and got a job has a in Leban for the UN putting in water pipes. I love it
But life get’s better has you get older, once you get your “olds” out they way!
Remmber the fucher don’t have to be has bad has the past!
22 July, 2006 at 12:18 pm #231874I think it depends on how well you do in life . A lot of things can get worse (after 30 maybe) but if you’re successful then the good things will outweigh the bad .
22 July, 2006 at 3:50 pm #231875age is just a number – its your attitude to life that counts and makes all the difference.

So before turning 21 I had everyone saying it’s all downhill from there. Naturally I thought they were talking nonsense and ignored it. But the past few months I’ve put on a bit of weight through being on holiday. No problem I thought, I’ll just do what I normally do, eat healthy cut out all the rubbish etc but ITS NOT SHIFTING! Infact rather than losing it I’m putting weight on and I really don’t understand why! My mams just laughing a told you so laugh. Is it really all downhill from here?!
would’nt say its a massive turn for the worst.. (are you pregnent :) )
i say don’t worry about it, get to the gym, keeping eating the things you want to eat.. just don’t go ott..
sure everything will be alright.. and by the time you’re my age (26) you will be fine, even after a couple of kids :D
24 July, 2006 at 8:20 am #231877Haha no I’m definitely not pregnant! Well I’m joining the gym with a mate so hopefully that should help and with the weather being nice at the moment I’ve decided to start going on bike rides as well. If that doesn’t work then I’m gonna give up!

If you serioulsy wan to be fit – and keep the weight off – then you should eat the right stuff galaxy – and keep eating it
That means no white bread , ice cream , fried stuff , fat meat , egg yolks etc

Well I do generally eat healthy its just I’m fussy, I can’t stand salad ( I’ve tried several times to eat it because I know how healthy it is but it always makes me sick ) and I have to admit I do eat a fair bit of bread. But as for fatty food I very rarely eat fried food, I don’t eat cakes, biscuits or ice cream etc very often and eat plenty of fruit and veg. I just don’t know what to cook for myself really thats healthy, I tend to eat pasta quite alot, if anyone has any suggestions for what kinda meals are healthy I’d really appreciate it
