So before turning 21 I had everyone saying it’s all downhill from there. Naturally I thought they were talking nonsense and ignored it. But the past few months I’ve put on a bit of weight through being on holiday. No problem I thought, I’ll just do what I normally do, eat healthy cut out all the rubbish etc but ITS NOT SHIFTING! Infact rather than losing it I’m putting weight on and I really don’t understand why! My mams just laughing a told you so laugh. Is it really all downhill from here?!

Don’t worry about it, I expect you’ll go clubbing, no bloke will take a second glance and you’ll waddle home lonely and depressed.

21 July, 2006 at 1:15 pm #231864You definitely have a point there cath, even things that happened a few years ago feel like a lifetime away. Oh I definitely enjoy myself, more so now than ever before, I think thats the reason for the recent weight gain.. too much alcohol

21 July, 2006 at 3:16 pm #231868It’s not downhill from 21 – It’s downhill at 30
Ha ha – Just kidding.
There is always something to look forward to in life. You have the rest of yours a head of you. Who knows what it’s going to hold. Just remember that each day is a gift and that some people don’t make as long as you have. Life it what you make it.You don’t stop laughing because you grow old, You grow old because you stop laughing!
