iv also got this coldesore thing on the insode of my mouth! like a huge friggin ulcer!

but then my gums started to hurt so i am assuming it is my wisdom teeth coming through

It sounds like oral leprosy to me. The symptoms are bits of the inside of your mouth falling off. The worst thing you can do is drink any kind of alcohol, especially any kind of german lager because this can accelerate the condition and quicky lead to the gums disintegrating and tooth loss rapidly follows.

The only cure is to use a mouthwash , but it must be home-made as it can’t be purchased in the UK. What you need is one litre of male donkey urine, add 2 tablespoons of sour milk, a pinch of sea-salt, put this in a blender and drink it cold. Drink this 4 times a day for one week, because if you don’t do it you will die within 2 days. You must also avoid at all costs doing the follwing things as it interferes with the treatment.
