Inequality in America has been growing, not just under trump.

It’s to do with power, and with the way the economy accumulates capital.
Catlin, who was arrested with Lenny Bruce over his use of the ‘seven dirty words”, has a grasp of power and wealth in America, as these three to four minutes show.
The Squad are fearlessly pointing out what Catlin says, which is why a rich bastid like trump hates them so much. They’re not locked away in the ghettos any more, and they can’t be deported to foreign countries. They are radicals, even socialists, and they are hated as such.

Perhaps he not say things in polite manners agree at times. However, he has done more things for the American people in 3 years than any others in a long time.

Some of what you say about Trump is your opinion as well as others. I live here..I digest important things for my survival to live in this Country..Not the petty..who has more or bigger missiles confrontation. How said. Life it war, or peace. No matter who President the outside world will find blame on this great Country no matter who runs it.

Sadly Cleared2 some here do not know or participate in our political system. They are book smart, history television watchers, and spew opinions which very much entitled too.
linda, I know that you have participated in New York’s local political system. That gives you authority to speak with confidence about New York’s political system in the localities, at least in one locality, and if I wanted to know about how the system worked at that level I would ask you for sure.
But you have never worked in the local political system in Mississippi or Ohio or Colorado or California – at least I don’t know that you have. You may want to correct me. The point I’m making here is that America is too big country for many to claim direct knowledge of all the ramifications.
Now I’ve read quite a lot of books, many on the US Constitution and selected epriods of US History. This doesn’t make me an expert who knows everything there is to know about those subjects – the ral experts, and I’cve met and talked withy some, don’t know everything.
But education is important, books are important as a means of finding out more about a country or a situation. I don’t think it’s right to claim that someone who’s read a lot of books about a country isn’t qualified to talk about it, or is less qualified than someone who lives there.
Trump has lived there, but his knowledge of US history has led him to claim that US revolutionaries took over the British airports in 1775.
I also know racism and social injustice when I see it, whether it’s from reading, visits to different parts of your country where I stayed with several families and with my eyes open. These 4 radical Congresswomen know and fight social injustice. They don’t hate America, they hate inequality and exploitation within their country.
To ask them to go home is racist. they are home. Rep. Omar, who was born in Somalia but has lived in the US since a child, is a particularly impressive woman. Her attacks on Israel have sometimes fallen into anti-semitism, but she’s apologised when this has been pointed out to her. A lot of young Muslims are on a learning curve in distinguishing anti-semitism from supporting the Palestinian people.
Trump hasn’t learned. He doesn’t want to learn. He uses racist language to tell people who disagree with him to shut up or leave. He’s on a particularly nasty, racist and divisive campaign for 2020. He’s betting on the fact that more Americans are racist than not.
btw, you need to refresh your history form your last post.
I’m a liberal by the way, and proud of it. Liberalism is the defence of free speech, the right of dissent, the freedom to practise your religion whatever it is, freedom from persecution. To me, it’s Trump and his acolytes who attack liberalism who should feel ashamed.
