No Florrie…its not in between my shoulder blades anymore but more above my left shoulder blade and back of my shoulder and left side of my neck….quite excruciating to be honest and no I havn’t been to the docs because he wants to see me for somthing else and if I don’t go he cant tell me! :lol:
And no replies please saying I have a brain tumour or somthing now :lol:Kent – you may find that it is stress. Go into your local Boots check out their Botanics range and look for some massage oil for stress ( this is easier if you don’t have essential oils in the home)
Could be stress or a trapped nerve…sod boots for the massage oil, go get yourself a fully body massage woman, or at least a back and shoulders massage…
(thinks about taking her own advice….)had a neck and head massage thursday…and one last week :roll:
