Are you sitting or standing correctly, this can cause pain in the area you say.
Also stress can be a major part of it – remember the saying You carry the world on your shoulders.
An good osteopath would tell you straight away.

    Sooooo….we have
    1. stress
    2. trapped wind
    3. incorrectly fitted bra
    4. posture

    with remedies suggested
    a. see your GP
    b. see the pharmacist
    c. see an osteopath

Wonder which of those would sort out the bra fitting?

it could well be a virus we had something that sounds the same going around at work hot and cold compresses work to relax the muscles and try cuprofen you can get it over the counter at any chemist . if it is the same viral thing im afraid it does take a while for the pain to go and does come back with any infection such as a cold …..yoga is also good
