    Hi, for those that don’t know me I’d like to give any encouragement to anyone keeping fit or bodybuilding. Belief is the key and dedication to the cause which is why I thought I’d start a JC keep fit thread. Week one we will begin some light cardio activity before the more hardcore weights session so anyone can join in.

     

    Week 1 – fitness

    ok guys , so we are all pumped and ready. We will start by doing twenty star jumps, for those that don’t know, this means jumping up and throwing your arms/legs out like a starfish. We then move to running on the spot for ten minutes, if you want you can run up and down the drive/road but please be careful with cars etc. I don’t get out much so prefer running on the spot but all personal preferences catered for. This exercises the glutes, tutes and abs. We shall conclude by doing some cycling, I dont have a bike so  one good exercise is to lie on your back and cycle the air with your legs till fatigue sets in. If you are sitting there thinking you can’t be bothered, just think of the end results and get off that sofa ! I have been training for years and am pretty well toned

    If anyone needs inspiration for the workout let me know, I like to listen to motivational songs like the rocky sound track or some more fun tunes like steps but up to you. Remember, its not about how hard you hit , ITS ABOUT HOW HARD YOU GET HIT AND KEEP MOVING FORWARD , THATS HOW WINNING IS DONE ! Good luck and if anyone wants to post there pre workout snaps and post snaps after my training that’d be great. Now lets get started !
