dawny the theroy is… your changin your whole eating plan… following a traffic light.. green for go… amber very limited and only in phase 2… and RED IS NO GO… your portion control is a med plate… half has to be green vegs, 1/4 protein.. ie your meat not to be more than a pack of cards. ( sounds small but its not..) and the other 1/4 either pasta, rice… the only potatoes u are allowed to eat is 2/3 boiled new potatoes..! go onto http://www.gidiet.co.uk/..

Ive really this week been motivatin myself… and actually am kind of followin it now… it seems soo simple and fairly easy to follow…
before i never ate until about 3/4pm…. then id steady eat thru til i go to bed… now well… i get up an hour earlier… organise breakie… and plan the rest of day while no distractions.. im eatin porriage for breakie mixed with fruit n yoghart… and actually its fab… and im always changin it around so i don’t tire eatin the same … atleast 4 snacks aday… plenty of water… add sum limes n lemons… drink a glass before your main meals… and eat your veg/salad 1st… leave the meats to end… and believe me u will be strugglin to finish….
so this sunday… all the measurements will be taken…. and here’s hopin i manage to stay possitive thru and finally beat the battle of the weight demons..!!
