I eat what the children eat, unfortunately it all contains high ammounts of fat as they need it for their developing bodies :?
I have to take a packed lunch instead.
I move around so much i get tired easily and see food and just eat it. Today i have eaten 2 weetabix, 1 actimel yog drink, 2 satsumas, cracker with jam on it, fish in sauce with mixed veg no rice as i am intolerant, a piece of apple sponge n custard (not very big), half a slice of bread, 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 handfuls of raisins. Oh and a cup of tea made with full fat milk. Grr.
Still yet to eat dinner..and i can hear the kettle.
12 January, 2006 at 5:42 pm #182009one of my close friends is a dietician and she has always advised me that u should eat little and often such as four or five meals a day rather than the one i was eating and it worked i lost weight a lot quicker this way. She also advised me if i fancy that little something naughty such as a choccy bar or biscuit then i should have it but in moderation , depriving urself of the things u crave only makes u want them more then when u do give in u pig out and put urself back to square one.

I was told that to lose weight you have to eat enough food, so as to burn it off, or sumat like that. I was told this in weight watchers and slimmers world, as at the time I wasnt eating enough food to lose weight.
Im about to start weight watchers again tonight, and I am wondering if I now eat enough?
brekky i have grapefruit and toast and marmite, no butter
lunch is a sandwich, yesterday was ham, today is tuna
tea, yesterday I boiled a ham, so had that with potatos and peas
supper, 3 ryvetas with low fat pate on itsurely that is ENOUGH food :?
Do you eat enough food?
You EAT Marmite? Sicko
My wife did the slimmers world diet a few years back and lost nearly 4 stone in 6 months  trouble was she looked so good afterwards she got pregnant again and put half of it back on
She had just started it again this week, and I’m trying to help her this time…I’ve even made her some of those low calorie chips that she raves about, must admit getting into them meself now
12 January, 2006 at 6:16 pm #182011You make your own chips?.. :D you must post the recipe…
Wait a minute…your “chips” are those fries to me?12 January, 2006 at 6:23 pm #182012Yip Robyn…
I’m the same as you Dawny… really struggle to eat enough in the day. I’m getting better though. Trying to eat smaller portions more regularly than having sod all then big evening meal.
Today I’ve had:
breakfast: 2 x slice of wholemeal toast with flora lite
lunch – chicken salad & a jelly
dinner – more chicken (hey I like chicken) and a baked potato
also had 2 satsumas and a packet of wotsits
thats looooooads for me in comparison to normal.

Dawny i would eat more than that as a snack before i have my lunch ffs.
As for you Kenty you are a complete fool if you believe that starving yourself is going to solve your problems, Sian has the right idea. 8)
As for myself, i eat a vast amount of food and i do mean vast, i don’t give a fuck!
BUT!!! my secret is that it’s all mainly low fat/high protein stuff i consume which has the double whammy effect of helping to maintain lean muscle and getting rid of body fat. The key to keeping trim isn’t about calorie counting, but about the amount of saturated fat in the food that you consume in the first instance.
So remember that when you pig out tonight Sian. :lol:Oh nearly forgot! you need to exercise alot aswell, mainly with weights for maximum effect.
…. or Sex n Swimming….. tho not at the same time…
