I was told that to lose weight you have to eat enough food, so as to burn it off, or sumat like that. I was told this in weight watchers and slimmers world, as at the time I wasnt eating enough food to lose weight.
Im about to start weight watchers again tonight, and I am wondering if I now eat enough?
brekky i have grapefruit and toast and marmite, no butter
lunch is a sandwich, yesterday was ham, today is tuna
tea, yesterday I boiled a ham, so had that with potatos and peas
supper, 3 ryvetas with low fat pate on it
surely that is ENOUGH food :?
