I sometimes help in clearing a disused cemetery of its over growth of weeds etc. Before it was a cemetery it was a quarry dating from 1775,the stone that was quarried was used to build the old docks and the town hall in Liverpool. After the quarry was exhausted of its stone the council decided to turn it into a cemetery. This sunken 10 acres of land holds over 57,577 graves, some of these graves belong to people who worked at the local work house, also children from the local Orphanage’s around Liverpool .Some notable people also lay there in their catacombs.The rich had their catacombs and vaults, while the poor were buried in pits, with a thin layer of soil on top at the end of the day, ready for the next days poor! I have seen things that I can’t explain. Today it is an urban park behind the Liverpool Cathedral that is below ground level. I also help people who contact us regarding people who are buried there. I often get emails from People doing family trees or simply people looking for lost relations ,I will search the data base for them. Many of the graves were moved in the late 70s to make way for the urban park it is today.
I was sent this photo via the cemetery website. See if any of you lot can spot the spooky apparition of a man in 18th century clothing or simply a double exposure of the camera. You judge for yourselves.
So it’s possible for two people to separately imagine the same thing about 30 seconds apart in different rooms of the house ……… that’s as unlikely as a ghost I reckon.
If one person is “transferring” it to the other it might be…buggered if i know
Yes I believe in ghosts but not in the sense they are visible entities, or ghostly apparitions and so easily recognizable. I have had the privilege to restore inglenook fireplaces in 4-500 year old properties and as you peel back the layers of newer fireplaces that were added over the years there is definitely a kind of pent up energy that is released and picked up by a sixth sense that leave the hairs on the back of the neck standing up. I have found gold rings, combs, children’s dolls and the bones of creatures that got trapped and it is extremely spooky when you pick them up knowing you are the first in hundreds of years to discover them and the “spirit” of that child/person or animal is then released after being entombed for so long. Or of course it could just be a vivid imagination. Either way I do believe our “sixth” sense tells us things that is normally disguised or hidden.

when I owned a certain place there was a story it was haunted by a lady……often whe I opened up in the ,ornings I would see something whizz pas my right side….for dome reason it never scared me……..but usually I’m a scardey cat….can’t watch horror movies etc
100.8 billion people have died before us yet very few have seen ghosts. Please no sensitive to the vibes bollocks. There must be bloody billions of ghosts surely, wheres the ghost cows and sheep and and butterfly.. there are no ghosts

I have seen and experienced things. Surely, if it was me, alone, or others, alone, that had done so.. I would agree that it is likely just our imagination. But some of these things occurred at the same time that others experienced them and reacted at the same time!
Or left the things which were messed with, such as pots fallen on the floor or washing carts moved and such.
In either case, I haven’t seen them much in recent years.. and I think they tend to be more noticeable during times of high crisis. Is it another dimension only visible at that time? Or perhaps it is certain energies that attract the ghosts to actually allow themselves to be seen?
Anyway, either way.. it isn’t necessary for others to believe, but yes, I do.
Also, as a side note.. Christianity… does mention ghosts and also talking with the deceased. So, Christians out there that think it impossible can only say so, based on two narrow theories. In any case, I believe. :)

going back 20 years ago was driving along with a friend near Bristol airport he stopped the car said did you see that what I said? a women just ran out that wall he said we looked around no one there how could that happen he said? I could tell he belived what he saw about ten years later a taxi taking me to the airport gtaxi driver said I saw a ghost run out the wall there once blimey I thought how strange is that most scared I ever been when I watched salems lot when I was 12 wouldn’t go upstairs alone for a year my mums grass went a funny shade of yellow

I have seen ghosts before, but I don’t believe in them at all.
