i don’t think anyone would support child labour, but fact is, you can’t avoid, avoiding it if you see what i mean

footballs for example, i’m sure wayne rooney, earning 100 k a week does’nt spare much thought that the football he is kicking to earn this money was made by some poor slave, barley a teenager

we could carry this argument on forever, its a bit unfair to say somone who wears (unenglish wool) does’nt care much for child labour, fact is.. like i said.. its pretty much unavoidable

should this now be moved to serious debates?

I try not to buy from big corporations, small companies are more likely to get resources local – or at least from a nation that treats their workers at least half decent.

It’s the big greedy full-out capitalist organisations that rape third world countries of their resources for next to nothing. Companies such as the ones YOU support

Unfortunatley You will find that small Companies will buy from the larger Companies to get the products they require at a good price . profit margins are the way the world works :(

Can I ask where You source Your Clothing Id like to look to see how squeeky clean they are ?

He gets all of his clothes from the OXFAM shop. If they don’t have his size then he queues up for the next day’s collection.

several places spammy-guy, the local family retailers has shut down so i have to admit i am finding it much harder to find clothes without supporting child labour, there’s still plenty of British companies online though and there’s a good ‘en in Lancashire, also the Union Jack Shop is fully British and they even take customised orders :)

in a couple of months i’m buying a union flag suit off them tee hee

you gonna be looking like a mod soon tommy, you can always get a mini too with the union jack on the roof, or a scooter with the union jack helmet :)
