The first several pound anyone loses on a diet is water, and diets are just excuses for ppl to make money, the best way to lose weight is to eat sensibly, my friend is a dietician and she always advises ppl when u want to lose weight dont deny urself of something u fancy as long as its in moderation, such as, if u really want a take away have one but make sure its not too often say once a month that way it gives u something to look forward too. If u do deny urself all u will do is crave it more and when u do give in u will binge eat and waste any progress u have made.
