Whole Black Forest Gateau10 RULES FOR A SUCCESSFUL ANTI STRESS DIET
1. If you eat something and no one else sees you then the food has no calories.
2. If you drink a diet coke with a Mars bar, the diet coke cancels the calories in the Mars bar.
3. When you eat with someone else the calories do not count if they eat more than you do.
4. Food used for medicinal purposes never count e.g. hot chocolate for relaxation, brandy for fortification, toast and cheese has antidepressants.
5. It is recommended that you fatten up everyone around you so that you appear slimmer.
6. TV and cinema foods do not add calories since they are part of the whole entertainment package and not one’s personal fuel. This permits the use of milkshakes, ice cream, peanuts, crisps, popcorn, sweets and Mars bars.
7. Broken biscuits contain no calories, the process of breaking causes calorie leakage.
8. Things licked off knives and teaspoons have no calories if you are in the process of preparing something e.g. jam on a knife when making a sandwich, and ice cream on a spoon when making a sundae.
9. Foods of the same colour have the same number of calories e.g. spinach and mint ice cream, mushrooms and white chocolate.
10. Chocolate is a universal colour and may be substituted for any other food colour.GOOD LUCK
