Grrr shame I missed it, sounds like it was fun – I wonder if anyone has any photographic evidence of this seemingly magnificent game which they could maybe post here for the benefit of anyone who missed the match?

England too ; I thought they were pitiful against a poor UruguayWell done to Staunton and the Republic of Ireland great result :shock: :shock:
2 March, 2006 at 6:52 pm #199992That’s not the case anymore. There’s a load of home grown talent coming through in Scotland now. The best crop for a long time. They’re just gonna need some time to develop.
The foreigners are gradually getting phased out. The top clubs in Scotland will always have a handful of foreigners, but the home grown lads are getting their chance again now.

number of english players playing for madrid – 2i think you are right, as for scotland, well they have many scotish players, but their problem is, 95% of them are shyte
