Totally agree with Mooosey. For someone who comes here to announce ( Look whos back) is blowing some pretty hot air. Jamie, i also enjoy your posts. Nemesis i do hope you find that good place you are looking for. Fortunate for me i have been lucky not to be a victim of depression. Share what you’re going through with the people you love and trust and draw on the support of others. Us women are good with coping and will ask for help. When i feel a bit down i found a little exercise, a walk or watching a funny movie sorted it. I know yours is more complex but you have the right train of thought to help yourself. Good luck x

As usual, a great post, Soph.
You seem to have avoided depression by having strong community and family roots, and you think of others first, anyone can see.
But many of us become isolated from our community and suffer strains within the family as a result. As you say, you have to work really hard and with a lot of help to move forward.
What you need most of all, and what Jamie and hopefully now Nem are showing, is that spark inside which says let them throw what they like at me, but I am not going under!
I really don’t need to explain to anyone here about my deep appreciation to Nemesis way way long before she came out on a thread..she has had always my support and will continue as I will never ever abandon her and or needs..ever..
When I first came here..it was her who kept my own sanity in check..NO ONE ELSE.. well another..yep..Sceptical. With out both support I would have left and never learned..or come back.
So she was there for me none of you ever knew..so please don’t think it about me. She a good person. For almost 2 years I have known her, laughed, got pist and cried with. I needed her..I was needy to learn..how..why..so forth. So don’t assume what you don’t really know about.
She will always have my love. Support..think she knows that.. as well as sceptical. Thank you both for being there for me!
When you’re a newcomer in JC, it can be hard, Linda. You had it really hard, people denying you were American or a woman, and even claiming that you were milky. The wonderful minds of JC, hey?
