Happy 66th Birthday Mum
Since you left this world
nearly 22 years ago, not a day has gone by
When I haven’t thought about you,
and smiled many timesI’ve smiled to myself
Because I am reminded of you
You were so strong
To have gone through so much pain
You would be a great grandma now i hope you can see you’re great grandchildren and are watching over them all the time
as i like to think you have been watching over my children and seen them growing up
Your in peace now
But know, that you have made me stronger
With the things that you taught me
And I know that time will pass
And that I will see you again
So I’m not saying Goodbye…

Hiya Somer! the song addresses regrets someone had for conflicts he had with his father and sadly didn’t make his peace with his father before he died. So, I guess it goes out to everyone who hold family grudges , don’t let it fester otherwise one day it will be too late.
