And I told you that I still had a loving caring nature, still held down a job and paid my bills, why am I a lesser person?
i think your interpretation of lesser and mine differs wildly here Sian i’m not suggesting you became a raging nutter spitting and snarling at everyone or mistreated anyone or maybe it’s the word lesser but for the life of me i cant think of the word i want if it’s not lesser cant even think of a half decent analogy just i dont mean lesser in less good
13 September, 2008 at 11:25 am #370733That’s very true, Pats. Nothing more boring than other peoples’ drug stories. Especially ex-smokers who go on and on about how they gave up smoking and how hard it was and how much they still want a smoke and how it’ll live with them for the rest of their lives and that. Mardy pillocks.

Esmeralda. No, sorry, George Best. Pints are fine.
You lost any moral high-ground you assumed to occupy when you posted this. I’m sick in body, but YOU are sick in the head.

13 September, 2008 at 11:32 am #370740Pat you are talking about people who go out on the weekend and drop copious amounts of drugs then probably don’t even have a tickle in the week, these people could become addicts but nobody would be able to tell which ones would and wouldn’t.
I smoke and drink, I am still an addict in some way, my mum feels for me smoking the way I do, she has been stopped for years, I manage it for a while ( longest 2 years) but I struggled for the whole 2 years,  I think I have an addictive nature, anything I do regular enough I become addicted
Everyone has the right to their own thoughts but a bit of compassion can go along way 8)
