but it wasn’t £18 as you were paying for everyones TWICE!!! Just do as your told!
i did’nt know i was paying twice at the time, and i’ll be getting the £72 through my credit card insurance
i did’nt pay for everybodys, they paid me when i picked up the tickets

You should only communicate via email or snailmail. That way you have a record of all communications.
NEVER use the phone for anything really important! :wink:
the credit card company have refunded the difference, and will take the £72 of alton towers :)
alton towers have 60 days to respons to my credit card company, if they wish to take them to court
all sorted :)
and as for phone conversation… all conversations are recorded when you ring alton towers, you can request the tape of conversation up to a month afterwards
