This happened to my friend she brought a PSP off some dodgy company and they charged her twice and never sent the goods. She was desperate for a PSP for her other half and they were selling out in shops that why she went online. Well she got in touch with her credit card company to stop further money being taken off and to make a claim on the insurence with her credit card. So really your credit card company need to know, then when thats sorted get in touch with who you purchased the goods from x
It happend to me when i was getting robby tickets they charged me for 5 instead of 4
All i did was contackt the ticket office with the nuber they gave me they then gave me my money back to me card

well what i did was ordered alton towers tickets
i placed my first order, and nothing happened after 10 mins, so i closed the browser down, and places it again, this time i got a reference number. no email was ever sent
worried, i rang up and said that i think my card might be charged twice, she said to me, don’t worry about it, you only been charged the once, but if i do get charged twice, just show a copy of the statment
so go online today and find i have been charged twice, i rang them up, and now they say… how do we know that 8 of you did’nt go to alton towers, and not 4…
its a pain, i gotta ring again in the morning they say for some strange reason and speak to another number
not what i need right now.. money is really tight, and its making me ill
I dont think you will have a problem getting your money back to be honest, but if they dont can you not sell the tickets or put them on ebay? x
i have no tickets.. i only ever got given the one reference number to pick up 4 tickets on 8th july
time to get assertive!!! Oh and cut up that credit card, if you can’t afford to pay for it at time dont buy it :P Btw… hope pals that you paid for are coughing up the extra money until such times as you’re reimbursed. Go get em tiger!!! :lol:

i always use credit card when i book online, because of this sort of thing happening
