    ideas please

cooking for a few friends tommorow night, parents are away, i thought why not give it a go

last night i experimented and made duck for myself (well i bought it ready to just put in the oven) with spring rolls and pancakes

it was nice, but only turned out to be a little snack really, an expensive little snack

i want somthing with more of a meal feel to it, any ideas, also please point me to a place of instructions of how i do all this also

cooking for dummies kind of thing

tonight i’m going to try chicken, with a curry based saurce with pasta, as opposed to rice, i think it will work :)

Yeah, go with a curry – nice and easy, and you can put out loads of poppadoms and prawn crackers and stuff to go with it.

I’ll be there by 8 – that ok?

spag bol can’t go wrong with that with a nice salad and some garlic bread

are any of them veggies btw :?:

nope.. no veggies.. i don’t understand how anyone can be a veggie, its natural we eat meat like most other animals

    ok squeezy, see you there

might do spag bol, but wanted to make it a bit more creative

but best not run before i learn to walk :)

you know what,… that is just what i’m looking for… gonna do that one i think

i only like mushrooms chopped up small.. i like the taste, but the texture spoils it, but cut up small, or used as flavoring i like

Call me crazy, but I’ve been know to order entire lasagna from a restaurant and served as my own. Costs about the same as buying all the ingredients and there’s no clean up. Am I genius or what?

You’re a cheat

I cant really cook, but for a filling dinner go for pasta with your own made fresh leek n bacon sauce.

Or my ol favourite of roast chicken with the works  Goes down well every time and its very easy. I mean come on…i can do it and no firebrigade has been called…ever! 8)
