Its is becoming increasingly apparent that there are two distinct groups of board user in JC at present. We have the goody goody nicey nicey brigade who think we should all act like ageing hippies and spread peace and love throughout and then we have the wind-up merchants who try and inject a bit of sarcasm and laughter into even the most serious of topics.
But how should we really behave…. :?: Should we be as serious in here as we are in our normal lives or should we use this place as a break from the real world and a place where we can unwind and have fun…. :?:“Sarcasm and laughter” eh fc? Well they say that sarcasm is the lowest form of wit so no problems guessing which “distinct group” you fall into.
Oh..and if you’re such a barrel of laughs..why do you consistently whinge all over the boards about the JC lifestyle. Late night revellers..mindless polls..and now..how we ought to behave. Give it a rest you sanctimonious wee tos.spot :twisted:we should all be naked while we post
There is nothing like waking up in the morning and the first thing you read is a diatribe from a Scottish puritan lashing out at those who wish to take life less seriously than they do.
Anything that smacks of poking fun is to be instantly stamped on with howls of outraged indignation. Humour is sin. Frivolity is the pastime of the Devil. Everything must be seen in shades of black and grey.
I suppose that this is only slightly worse than the all-embracing gooey niceness of viewing life through pink marshmallow glasses. If it moves hug it.
agreed fasty n PB. the *i love u * brigade should be given their own thread where they can dribble and kiss ar/se to their hearts content. anyone who takes this place seriously enough to suffer high blood pressure at lighthearted posts should be slapped repeatedly with the sharp end of the *get a sense of humour* stick. :D

You wouldn’t know humour if it bit you on the ar.sen wenger. You’re just a malicious old harpie whose treatment of Cath..who has never been anything less than kind to you..is a measure of your base nature. And incidentally..why waste the end of a sharp stick by using it for slapping? Stabbing is more your style..preferably in the back!
