Comp problems

Thanks geoff and JMC think i will leave it to someone who knows what they are doing, i posted here to see if there was anything simple that might be happening and easily fixable but seems more involved im not clued up enough about how its all been set up as i didnt do it myself and the way it was before was just one user account, thanks for your help its appreciated :D
