discussion is fine.. but most users on jc don’t know how to discuss without insults
well matty think 99% of us on here as insulted a user at one piont of using the boards
But thats like any where realy cyber life real life we loose it with people who get up our noses
And we let of steam on here as well just like our real lifes iv said before dont get personal with any one there life is theres not no f00ker eles buiesness
But if some one calls some one eles names ffs im sure they can anseer back or ignore it i have many a time
But deleteing post one after the other aint going to solve nowt on here love
Just makes people more wound up then they satrt with the insults and bi tching its the circule of lifeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

It’s been said before and no doubt will be said again. However, there is a fine line to be drawn between banter; letting off steam; having an argument, disagreement or difference of opinion and so on on the one hand and targeting a particular user with gratuitous insults; inciting others to do so; posting their personal informationor pictures without their consent and so on on the other hand.
Whilst it’s all very well saying that if you don’t like the content of a post then don’t read it – unless you peresonally happen to be on the receiving end, then maybe there is a different perspective.
We are always up for a bit of banter; piss taking, irony; arguments; debates; discussions; controversial views etc on a really wide range of subjects etc and there is no reason why this shouldn’t continue. It is the personalisation of insults that causes offence to some of our users and where this happens a post or the entire thread will be deleted.
Quite frankly I don’t see this standard as being unnecessarily prescriptive or some form of ”communism or unnecessary censorship of free speech. I see it as attempting to protect users and to try and make JustChat a site that can be used and enjoyed by a wide range of people with different opinions and views on topics where they don’t get personally abused.
Most of our members come here to post or just to read other’s posts but above all to enjoy the experience in their own way. To them I say welcome and please continue to enjoy this site.

As i said dont insult peoples lifes looks unless there really ugly like fast thats diffrent
And dont bring there personl life on the boreds unless they say you can or they post there lifes
But f00k me let people have a say and as i say if it gets out of hand or the person complains delete the said post till then let who ever me included have our say
And if all eles fails just tell them you dont give a flying pigs di ck works for me :D

You deleted at least two of my posts yesterday..both of them applauding Lamby and Fasty for printing the truth. Wonder if this one will get to stay..eh PB?

Oh and BTW – please feel free to criticise ”my chum” Geoff all you want, like I care. He can take pretty good care of himself entirely without my assistance.

well excuse me PB! you cannot deny that geoff as got away with murder on these boards! an u can bluster all ye like.everyone who has the guts to say so knows it!. he only has himself to blame for the insults he gets.and he knows it!……..why you feel the need to continuiously defend him is beyond the comprehension of most of us. no one as beliitled……insulted and dragged peoples names through the mud more than geoff. forgotton his continious atacks on *pervy pete* have we? or selective memory again? does geoff have proof that pete is a perv? no.its just mud slinging!. what i think esmerelda and fast are TRYING to say is..let people retaliate if they feel the need.dont just delete the threads and posts that are aimed at particular people. geoff made a post this morning..people replied.it was deleted..why? u like to think u treat people with irony at times.a little sarcasm……i see it as downright ignorance at times. ur funny PB….but u aint THAT funny.
Oh here we go with the *its Geoff’s fault* brigade… For god sake, he has not even posted on this thread! He has never threatened any of you with insulting remarks, yet because of his past and links with trouble on this site and Stynes, you think its fine to use him as a scapegoat.
Oh and there’s freedom of speech and then there’s “lets have a personal dig but lets pretend its freedom of speech” I have not seen the thread you mention, but i dont think i really need to. I already know what it was probably about.

i beg to differ rainy. theres a lot of people on here who need to *grow the fook up*……..including the forum hosts.
