I was talking to ratty about this the other night. The cheap pen e ciggys are a waste of money.
So lets talk about what I use.
A Dovpo topside squonk mod if I’m driving or out and about. Nice build in 10ml bottle.
If I’m down the beach, aegis max mod by geekvape. Its water and dust proof.
Both of these take a single 21700 battery, but you can put in the smaller 18650’s.
I never charger battery’s inside this and use a battery charger and always have 2 really to go.
I like my mesh tanks and use two.
Mesh V2 RDA by Vandy Vape
And a Wotofo Profile Unity RTA
And your wondering why I spend so much on this? To be fair all this costs about the same as 5 packs of B&H. ( Anyone got any )
Why dont I get a cheap one for a tenner?
Lets take a look at a cheap one. The Smok stick g15 pod vape kit.
I found those e ciggys with build in battery’s fail after about 12 months. The charging ports go and batteries die. They need replacement heads too. They never last long too and you end up buying 3 a month for a tenner.
If a battery goes I can buy a new one for a few pounds for mine. I’m not throwing everything away. You can replace the heads (coils) in a few mins for less than 10p too.
And its more like smoking than sucking on a plastic straw. I love the clouds of smoke too. You dont get this with the cheap ones.

21 June, 2021 at 4:38 pm #1140432You got to admire DOAs priorities in life.
£5 on a pair of shoes that gave him such a bad blister he had to visit A+E for an emergency treatment.
£60 to inhale poison.
Then he claims you can buy replacement coils for 10p each. Which of course you can’t.
Do you ever stop bullshitting, DOA?

21 June, 2021 at 4:48 pm #1140436Oh god ge… let me show you how to replace coils for 10p
Your lucky I’m in love with you
5 ft of mesh wire is a fiver.

Cotton is £2.50

You use about 20mm of each to replace the coil.
And now over to a crazy yank to show you how its done.
21 June, 2021 at 5:01 pm #1140438Brilliant DOA you found a video that shows you how to make cheap coils from cheap products for an expensive vape and which is becoming a recurring theme with you.
Next week you will be complaining your expensive vape blew up and blew your ear off and still wondering why.

21 June, 2021 at 5:09 pm #1140439Right now my tanks running at 0.10 ohms and 53 watts. So no risk.
Cheap e ciggys catch fire due to internal charging of batteries and its why you never leave them in and charger.

The bigger devices are needed for some because they need a stronger hit…its not that either is better or rubbish
hence coils and clearomisers….which is where it all happens

I’ve not used nicotine in my e liquid for years and cutting that out within months of starting vaping.
What people forget is the act of smoking is enjoyable and why its an addictive habit. I love the smoke as it fills the room with the sunlight pasting thru it. Sitting on a bench with a coffee and vaping on a warm summers day.
It clams the soul.
