You couldnt make this up
100 cautions for sex offenders including offences of abusing children from West Mercia Police.
However the most amazing quotes has to be from the police themselves
1- for reasons on giving a caution …”the offender does not want to go to court”
2- Its usefulness…..”Clearly this can be taken into account should an individual come to the attention of police on any future occasion” (bit late then)
And you wonder why the public faith in the justice system is nil
6 April, 2007 at 10:36 pm #266917If it were my child and that was the attitude the police took :?: :?: Then I’d now be sitting in a prison cell doing 25 to life for the torture and murder of said filthy scum bag barstud who dared to think he could lay a hand on my flesh and blood in any way ………….
It doesn’t come as any surprise to me Slayer…This is the way the world has become since we’ve allowed mass Human Rights laws to be passed…(I blame bloody America for that one) The way the Law see it now…is that it’s basically the victims fault for putting themselves in any given situation that allows them to be robbed, burgled, stolen from, murdered or abused :twisted:6 April, 2007 at 11:15 pm #266918@slayer wrote:

It appears that you have misquoted the original article. And it isn’t infact the offender who doesn’t want to go to court but the victim.
That aside, this is just another typical example of our fecked up government/society. And regardless of what Joe Public has to say on the matter, nothing will probably change.
