    im just back from doin another car booty….. here what shyte sum folks buy … somebodys rubbish another one’s treasures…. lol

    here up at Blockhairn Market… they even try n haggle u when u say 50p lmfao…. tight sods us Scots they say.,… its the bleedin forgineers who try and bring u down lol….

    any1 else do car boots…???

    we get oor laffs in the mornin when the hunters n prowlers come out… rumaging about in the boxes afore u unpack them… 2 guys can with miners hats on… lmfao u see sum sights….. recommend it folks…. get rid of ur shyte lyin in a cupboard… all the wee 50p’s n £1’s add up… plus u get a rite bleedin laff for FREE…..

    Its normally the other traders who come and haggle, then you find it on their stall for a quid dearer!

    hubby does one every november. flogs all presents we bought littlun fa xmas year before that he never played wiv………..to mek anuff money fa this yrs!. mary j i love the ones who haggle..if its 50p they offer 40p…lmao. :roll:

    I’m thinking of doing our first booter with lots of surplus stuff. There’s a big one each Sunday near us and it’s quite fun to go up there an look round but it’s mostly total junk on sale.

    We’ve sold quite a few items on Ebay – that brings sellers and potential buyers together very efficiently.

    I did a few when I was a student and made a bit of money from stuff I was gonna chuck.

    Tis funny though with the regulars who immediately spot a newbie and buy loads of stuff to put on their stall for more money :twisted:

    Have a load of stuff in the garage that I was going to do a car bot with but as angel said I dunno if I can get my ass out of bed early enough! :roll:

    I always think that I should have one to get rid of stuff I don’t need (You should see the amount of baby clothes I need to get rid of! :shock: ) but I can never be bothered.

    So I just give it to someone I know or give it to a charity shop. (Or in some cases….bin it lol) :D

    i love doing a boot sale, helps get rid of stuff that hangs around and never gets used plus the kids have fun helping me spend the money i make lol
